💛 10-day easy returns

Not vibing with your order? No stress. You have 10 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Just make sure:

• The item is unused and unwashed.
• Tags, packaging and everything original are intact.
• Trying it on is totally fine — just keep it fresh.

📌 A quick heads-up

• Items bought in combo offers can be exchanged only (no refunds).
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• We currently support size exchanges only.
• Want a different style instead? Return your item, take store credit, and shop your new favourite.

✅ What can be returned

• Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on the Trend Arrest website or app.

💸 Refunds

• Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method, processed within 2 working days of us receiving your return (allow 3–5 days to reflect in your account).
• COD orders — refunded as store credit, processed within 2 working days and reflected the same day. The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.

🚚 Return pickup & self-shipping

• Our courier picks up only the items listed in your request.
• Self-shipping instead? Pack securely, use a reliable courier, and we'll reimburse ₹100 once the quality check is done.
• Returns sent without raising a request first won't be processed.

🔁 How to request a return or exchange

Super simple: head to our self-service Returns & Exchange portal, enter your Order ID, and choose return or exchange — it takes about a minute.

⏳ Order status updates

Please allow about 24 hours after delivery for your order status to update in your account.

📦 Small but important

• Please hand over the correct items during pickup.
• If there's any mismatch, we'll review it and update you.

❌ Cancellations

Changed your mind? It happens. Orders can be cancelled only before they're dispatched.

Orders placed under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar deals are not eligible for returns.
