What can be returned
Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on the Trend Arrest website or app.
Refunds
Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method within 2 working days of us receiving your return (allow 3–5 days to reflect). For COD orders, the return process will ask you to provide your bank details or UPI ID, and the refund is sent there; the ₹49 COD fee is non-refundable. Please double-check these details before submitting — if they're entered incorrectly, your refund may go to the wrong person.
Pickup & self-shipping
Our courier picks up only the items listed in your request. Shipping it yourself instead? Pack it securely and we'll reimburse ₹100 once the quality check clears. Returns sent without a request raised first can't be processed.
Order status updates
Please allow about 24 hours after delivery for your order status to update in your account.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? It happens. Orders can be cancelled only before they're dispatched.
