We offer 10-day returns from the date of delivery. Returns are handled through our returns partner (ecoreturns.ai) — just raise a request from your order confirmation email or contact us on WhatsApp, and we'll guide you through pickup and refund/exchange.

Click the return link in your order confirmation email to open our returns portal, choose return or exchange, and follow the steps. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you'd rather have a hand walking through it.
