You’ve got 10 days from delivery to return or exchange it—no questions asked.

Just make sure:

• The item is unused & unwashed

• Tags, packaging & everything original is intact

• Trying it on is totally cool—just keep it fresh ✨

• Items bought in combo offers can only be exchanged (no refunds)

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

• We currently support size exchanges only

What Can Be Returned

To keep things smooth:

• Items must be in original condition with tags & packaging

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly via the Trend Arrest website/app

Refunds

• Prepaid orders → Refund goes back to your original payment method

   

   

• Processed within 2 working days after we receive your return

• May take 3–5 days to reflect in your account

• COD orders → Refund is provided via Store Credit. COD fee of Rs 99 is non-refundable. 

• Processed within 2 working days after we receive your return. Reflects same day.

Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

• Our courier will pick up only the items mentioned in your request

  • Pack securely (we want it safe!)

  • Use a reliable courier

  • We’ll reimburse ₹100 (once quality check is done)
