How do I place a return request on

  • To return an order, write to our customer care at within 30 days of purchase.
  • Upon receiving your return request, we will either arrange for a reverse pickup (based on availability of service in your region/city) or provide instructions for you to send the product back to our warehouse (courier charges are refundable)
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • Please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
  • Once the returned product is received, we will ensure that the refund is processed as soon as possible.

Above Return process is not applicable for jewellery orders. Return/Replacement requests related to jewellery orders will be entertained within 30 days only in cases of damaged/defective item received. Please do not accept the package if it appears to be tampered or seal is broken, etc.

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back, if I pay for the return courier?

No & Yes. In most regions/cities we have reverse pickup facility available and will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep. However, if the reverse pickup service is not available in your region/city, we would request your cooperation in sending the product back to us via any courier service of your choice while also sending the courier charge receipt at
