No & Yes. In most regions/cities we have reverse pickup facility available and will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep. However, if the reverse pickup service is not available in your region/city, we would request your cooperation in sending the product back to us via any courier service of your choice while also sending the courier charge receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
