  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Arrest, you can return the product to us within 30 Days of Delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged from your doorstep (if service is available in your area), else one of our customer service executive will get in touch with you for further instructions.
  • To return an order, you can place return request through my account section.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days once the parcel reaches the warehouse.
  • Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

  • 1.On delivery, check to ensure the packaging is not tampered/open and there is no physical damage to the package

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request on support@trendarrest.com. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders of INR 499 & above. For orders below Rs. 499, we charge a flat shipping & handling fees of INR 49.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
