Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days. Click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Arrest, you can return the product to us within 30 Days of Delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged from your doorstep (if service is available in your area), else one of our customer service executive will get in touch with you for further instructions.
  • To return an order, you can place return request through my account section or report your concern by getting in touch at CS@trendarrest.com.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days once the parcel reaches the warehouse.
  • Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation requests can be made online via My account/orders section.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

  • 1.On delivery, check to ensure the packaging is not tampered/open and there is no physical damage to the package
  • 2. If you are concerned, don't open the product and drop an email to us at CS@trendarrest.com for further assistance

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Shipping & Delivery

We avail the services of the most reliable and leading logistic companies including Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, India Post (to name a few) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s). You can track your order status online post the order is shipped.

Currently we are offering Free shipping on all orders above INR 499. On Order totals below 499, Flat shipping charges of INR 49 will apply.

we strive to ship the products as soon as possible. We strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 7-8 days of purchase.

  • Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
  • An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.
  • Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.
  • However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle.

All items are carefully & safely packed and sealed to ensure that they are not damaged enroute. Our delivery partners are trained to handle your precious cargo with extreme care.

  • Dispatch refers to packing and shipping of your order. This means that the order is on its way to your delivery address.
  • Delivery date is the date on which your order will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned by you while placing the order. 

Currently we are offering Free shipping on all orders greater than equal to INR 499. For order value to be less than 499 we charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 49.

  • To ensure smooth & safe delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the delivery details via e-mail/SMS.
  • Courier partner is selected based on their serviceability in a particular pin code.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.

We believe in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by dropping a mail on CS@trendarrest.com

You can find out if trendarrest.com delivers a particular product to your location by simply going on the product page and entering the area of pin code of the delivery destination in the space provided right along side the product picture and click on verify.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver retail customer products internationally at this point in time. However, for bulk international orders, please write to us at CS@trendarrest.com.

 

Return Policy

No & Yes. In most regions/cities we have reverse pickup facility available and will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep. However, if the reverse pickup service is not available in your region/city, we would request your cooperation in sending the product back to us via any courier service of your choice while also sending the courier charge receipt at CS@trendarrest.com.
